STAFF at The Purple Agency marketing firm are toasting success after it was ranked as one of the top 10 in the south.
The three-year-old Basingstoke agency works with some big names, including IBM, Honeywell, White Stuff, UK Sport, First Drinks and The Rose Bowl.
The ranking is based on the 2011 report compiled by RAR (Recommended Agencies Register) and The Drum marketing magazine.
It takes account of client ratings, revenue, revenue growth, profitability and efficiency in the previous year.
Agency head Steve Shaw said: “The Purple Agency is a truly integrated agency. Our offer to clients covers all areas of marketing, from creative design to data, and from websites to social media.
“This comprehensive range of services has proven a winning combination with our clients, and means we can deliver compelling campaigns across multiple channels – a capability that clients are increasingly demanding.
“Our top 10 ranking by RAR confirms the success of this model which continues to deliver sustained year-on-year growth for the agency.”
The Purple Agency, based at One Faraday Office Park, in Faraday Road, recently won major industry award nominations for its work on behalf of Southampton Airport, Euromoney and WWF-UK.
It operates in a range of industry sectors, including publishing, technology, pharmaceuticals, sports, travel, leisure and retail.
