POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an off road accident near Tidworth which caused a 48-year-old man from Chipping Norton to receive fatal injuries.
Ray Kempster, who was taking part in the Motor Sports Association event in a Milner R4 at Sidbury Hill on Saturday, died of his injuries in Salisbury District Hospital on Monday. Mr Kempster was a well-known off-road driver with more than 20 years' experience of such events.
